Are my donations tax-deductible?

Yes. All donations made to O Jagannath by Indian citizens are 50% tax-deductible under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. You will receive an 80G receipt via email within 7 working days.

How is my donation money used?

We maintain strict transparency. 92% of your donation goes directly toward program implementation (education, healthcare, livelihood). Only 8% is used for administrative and fundraising costs. You can find detailed breakdowns in our Annual Report.

Can I donate in foreign currency?

At this moment, we are only accepting donations in Indian Rupees (INR) from Indian bank accounts, as we are in the process of renewing our FCRA registration for foreign contributions.

Can I cancel my recurring donation?

Yes, you can cancel or modify your recurring donation at any time by contacting our donor support team at info@ojagannath.com.
